Shipping Policy

  • Thank you for visiting and buying at www.ialluring.co The following are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy.
  • If we encounter a large number of orders, delivery can be delayed within a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. (Since the Covid-19 virus delays international shipments, please trust and wait until the product arrives)
  • Shipping rates and delivery estimates The shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Usually, we ship goods after 3-5 working days after payment confirmation.

We offer free shipping:

  • Free international standard delivery 4-14 days and 15-30 days (depending on the product you can check on the page you want to buy).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the custom tax and other custom charges.
  • Delays in delivery can sometimes happen.
  • Sometimes the order may arrive before the expected delivery time.

Delivery confirmation and order tracking

  • An online tracking system allows you to track your order from the moment it was shipped to the moment it arrived at its destination.
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your item has shipped with your tracking number. The tracking number will be available as soon as the item is shipped.

    * Refunds: We do not offer refunds for discounted products only if they are damaged.

Damages

  • www.ialluring.co Not responsible for any items damaged during transportation. If you receive your order damaged please contact us and we will process a claim to the carrier.
  • Please note all damaged packaging materials and merchandise before asking us to complete a claim.
  • If the order is lost, we can resend or refund the order.

Refund Policy

  • Guaranteed products and impressive quality. Before choosing a product, please read the size chart carefully and don’t choose the size according to your habits.
  • We refund the full amount in the event that the product is not delivered to the customer. (If the customer does not re-ship)
  • If your order does not arrive within 40 days, we will give our customers a full refund * (due to Covid-19 this policy will be extended from 50-60 days).

Cancel Order

  • If the customer wishes to cancel the order, the customer must cancel within 8 hours after the order is paid for, after 8 hours the order cannot be canceled.

Damage and problems

  • Please review your order at reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and make it right.

Exceptions / Products that can not be returned

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
